62649367 - clock showing 2 minutes to midnight, could be countdown conceptEveryone has two of something. Two dollars . . . two minutes . . . even just two willing hands! Two is a powerful number – partly because 22 veterans commit suicide every day and more make attempts to end their lives. There are ways you can help. Here’s how:

Give what you can
If you have a “two” of something (and it’s been established that you do!), you can make a donation on our website. Whether it’s $22, $220, $2,200, your donation may help to save a veteran’s life.

Spread the word
If you’ve got two minutes, spread the word about this important campaign. You can do it through social media or just the good, old fashioned telephone! Then ask those you talk to if they can do the same. With enough luck, a national movement may emerge that puts veterans’ health at the forefront!

What happens with the money?
Good question. The goal of the campaign is to raise funds for the first phase (of three) which will secure Hot Lake Springs Inn & Resort and adjoining properties, while initiating immediate care of veterans and their families at no cost to the veteran or family. The Veterans Restorative Care Center was founded to combat the increasing number (since 9/11) and staggering statistic of 22 veterans a day committing suicide. With almost 100 veterans a day attempting to take their own lives, our Warriors need help and hope.

All it takes is for each of us to donate two of something to the ones that count. Can we count on you?
